The 2018 NL NDP Leadership Convention is just 8 weeks away and we have lots to tell you about! It's happening April 6-8, 2018 in St. John's.
We've launched a new website, www.nlndpconvention.ca, with all the dates, links, and other information you need to attend the Leadership Convention and vote for the next Leader of the NL New Democratic Party. Visit Convention Website
As we get closer to Convention, we'll be adding registration details, information about the program and speakers, and everything you need to know about the candidates and how to make sure your vote counts.
Important Dates
The deadline to register as a Leadership candidate is 5:00 p.m. NL time February 28, 2018.

Convention is your opportunity to submit proposed amendments to the NL NDP Constitution.
Submit your proposed amendments to the Constitution Committee by March 7, 2018 by emailing info@nl.ndp.ca.
Submit resolutions to the Resolutions Committee by March 27, 2018 by emailing info@nl.ndp.ca. Information for Members

Vote for Leader
All those who are party members by March 7, 2018 are eligible to cast a ballot in the leadership contest. All memberships valid on the cut-off date will receive voting credentials. Voting will be one-member, one-vote ballot and available online, by telephone, and in person.
Those interested in becoming members of the provincial NDP can sign up through the website: nl.ndp.ca/sign-up.
