Tomás Shea
Windsor Lake
Tomás Shea is a young professional who wants to see this province thrive, grow, and become the best Newfoundland and Labrador that it can be.
Born, raised, and living in St. John’s in the Windsor Lake district, Tomás attended Memorial University, graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree. Tomás has worked locally as an engineer, estimator, and project manager, overseeing the development of new neighborhoods, roads, wharves, bridges, Industrial refurbishments, and commercial developments. An active member of MusicNL for several years, Tomás was awarded the MusicNL 2018 Electronic Artist of the Year.
Tomás is active in the community through his volunteer work with Scouts Canada, Engineers Without Borders, St. Mark’s Anglican Church, and various other community outreach and food sharing associations. Tomás hopes to bring his diverse interests and fresh perspective to the NDP while also furthering the ideals that make the NDP such a strong and united force for change.
Tomás' greatest joy is that of being a father of two lovely children and seeing that they can grow into their fullest selves here in Newfoundland and Labrador.
