Gavin Will

Gavin Will owns Boulder Books, an award-winning, innovative book publishing company based in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s. He previously worked as a journalist, covering business and current affairs for numerous publications including The Globe and Mail, Reuters, and Bloomberg.

He served as deputy mayor of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s from 2013 to 2017 and has been a volunteer with several community organizations, most recently the Lions Club and the local food bank. He also serves on the board of directors for the Atlantic Publishers Marketing Association.

Gavin comes from a family of distance runners and he and his father, Ray, are proud to hold the unique distinction of both being winners of the Newfoundland and Labrador provincial marathon. He and his partner, Amanda Will, are both longtime residents of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s.
