NL NDP welcomes new Chief of Staff

The NL NDP Caucus are pleased to announce the appointment of Lesley-Ann Browne to the position of Chief of Staff. Lesley-Ann has excellent skills in relationship building and facilitation, time and project management, planning, prioritizing and organizing, and an extremely high standard of professionalism, motivation and activity level.


She comes to the NDP Caucus from almost 25 years as Communications Officer for the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association where she managed all aspects of the NLTA’s communications programs and strategies and provided strategic advice directly to the President, Executive Director, and Provincial Executive Council on numerous issues. Lesley-Ann has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science and a Masters of Education both from Memorial University.


Besides a very busy and often hectic work life Lesley-Ann has always been an active volunteer and feels it is important to give back to her community.


"I am pleased to work as Chief of Staff for the NL NDP Caucus. Working with Party Leader Alison Coffin, and MHAs Jim Dinn, and Jordan Brown, as well as the caucus staff, is an excellent opportunity and I look forward to using my skills and training in a totally new working environment,” said Browne.




The NL NDP caucus look forward to working with Ms. Browne and to having her skills and experience on the team.
